To move <strong>authentically</strong>. </div><div>To <strong>return</strong> to your natural <strong>rhythm</strong>.</div><div><br></div><div>Through grounding <strong>Hatha Yoga</strong> and <strong>Guided Breathwork</strong>, we will explore the body’s natural way of moving in our own unique cycles.
