Half-day online retreat for women

On International Women’s Day, we gather to honor the power, wisdom, and rhythm of the female body, and to reconnect to her cyclical wisdom in a linear world through Hatha Yoga and Breathwork.

This online event is an invitation to pause.

To soften. To move authentically.

To return to your natural rhythm.

Through grounding Hatha Yoga and Guided Breathwork, we will explore the body’s natural way of moving in our own unique cycles. We allow ourself to drift away from performance and dive into presence, cultivating a practice that feels good and honest for you.

What to expect:

Cyclic awareness & flow: Adapt your practice and learn to move with your energy instead of against it.
Grounding & softening: Release tension and invite in a sense of 'coming home' to your physical body.
Soothe the nervous system: Support your transition from the 'doing' of a linear world into a state of 'being' and deep presence.

Schedule for the day:

09:00-09:15: Introduction by Yogobe
09:15-10:00: Hatha Yoga with Rebecka Latos
10:15-11:00: Breathwork with Greta Gröndahl

This retreat will use the same Zoom-link for the entire event.

Who can join this event?
This is a LIVE-streamed event via Yogobe that is free of charge and open for EVERYONE to book and join!

Can I watch the event afterwards?
🎥 All live-streamed classes & events are recorded and sent out on the next weekday to everyone who has booked. The link will be available for 72 hours.
So if you can’t join at the scheduled time – make sure to book anyway and you’ll receive the recording!
